DISTRICT VISION
"A caring community developing future-ready citizens"
These words summarize our vision as a school district. It is a vision that both describes what we are about and that for which we will continuously strive.
Our Board of Education has established goals designed to focus our efforts on behalf of students. Our goals are:
Operations - Manchester Community Schools will conduct an annual review of facility, maintenance and shared services.
Academics/Programs - Manchester Community Schools will increase curriculum choices while maintaining academic consistency across the district.
Personnel/Leadership - Manchester Community Schools will collaborate with all stakeholders to maximize academic achievement.
Learning Environment/Culture - Manchester Community Schools will promote a culture of collaboration and engagement while creating a positive learning environment.
Communications/Community Engagement - Manchester Community Schools will implement consistent and efficient communication procedures.
It is the policy of the Manchester Community Schools not to discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, gender, age, disability, height, weight, religion, language or marital status in any of its programs, activities or employment.
